What model is your ultrasonic?
A 2 door True reachin freezer uses a 3/4 H.P. compressor.
Orange rods are pretty slick
My 4 year old 550's haven't seen their case since day 1 , haven't had any issues other than a broken hook.
I like to spray them with WD-40
Thanks. I've been looking for this manual.
At what percentage of variance of amp draw from a performance chart do you call it a bad compressor?
X2..... Twice this week
The upgraded hook is pretty tuff
I need a new battery for mine, are there any other options other than the gel or lead battery?
My hook broke. Sent in $15 or so and got the heavy duty one. Haven't had any issues in over a year since the upgrade
Had a cooler like this last week with a crack on the metal disc of the overload. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't.
Customer claimed walkin freezer door pops open (90*) on its own, I called B.S. until I saw the surveillance video. The video clip I saw was time stamped at 3:30 A.M. the tail end of a 2 hour defrost....
I ordered a couple of 3 jaw Posi-pullers, are there specific applications that a 2 jaw puller works better than the 3 jaw?

We use HP80
Electro-freeze and Stoelting both put on multi day traing seminars.
Braze on some access fittings, you already have the green light to do so. Then you can at least rule out a refrigeration issue.
I called Testo a couple of days ago for a new hook, apparently there is a beefier replacement.
Put some 22 in & bump it up with nitrogen.
Magnetic strap? Where did you get it?
Love my coil gun.
Ordered a A/C condenser fan motor from parts house, get there and the motor I ordered wasn't there. Guy tells me this higher RPM one that he grabs from the shelf will do the trick. Install motor on...
Waiting an hour.
Why is that?
Sure. I'd watch it.
What would be the best brands today?
Go for the ice cream machines. Last company I worked for we did 80% of our work on these machines (electrofreeze). Easy work and usually inside. Nice niche market with great tech support.
Weight has never been a problem for me, it's the awkward positions your body is in working on equipment. Also knees tend to take a beating.
On a commercial packaged rooftop units (say 3-10 tons) are these superheat measurements O.K. to be taken near the compressor or does it have to be evap outlet?
Home Depot
Ask for the $18
Bad breaker or loose wire on breaker
Welcome. Nice weather we are having today. Glad I didn't take my long johns out of my van.
Looks compact. Would sure beat carrying a regulator and flow valve.
It don't think any of my 20 co-workers have nitrogen on there trucks. New guy that started brought his own tank.
Just bought one for $35 online. I think it is a good idea to check with a calibrated amount of leakage. Any detector will go of if you crack a drum. I want to make sure I can pick up small leaks.
Crack the ball valve slightly as hooking up.
I use these jumpers, never had a problem.
Not a good combo. What's the model # of this unit.
I have all the service info on these. Do you have a model #?
Factory people are superb. I'm guessing this is air cooled, cylinders have priority over hopper when in heavy use if I'm not mistaken....

Cleaning multiple filthy Hoshizakis in a day.
Never saw one that bad. What was the diagnosis?
Disk you find the leak on this thing?
Listed now on Flea-bay for $210
Couple of recent threads on this. Just got my Testo 510 two days ago. Paid $140 new on eBay with shipping.
Rent them, they wash them for you too. It's cheap
Bravo!
