    Rick, you must be forgetting the meter clocking feature for furnaces! With the meter clocking feature, you can easily calculate airflow via the temp/humidity probes in heat mode on a gas furnace.

    Chaseair, if you looking for easy airflow and btu calculations then get the Imperial iConnect! The 435 is very German and hard to use.. The iConnect is easy and intuitive.

    I would look into the Carrier 24VNA9 or 25VNA8 - it's a 18/19 seer 5 stage unit with a VERY small footprint. The 2 and 3 ton condensers have a 25" x 25" footprint.
