With compressors off does your motor current display read 0?
Have the motor overload pots on the logic board been adjusted/played with?

Possibly a corroded connector?
Ive had to cut,connect,solder and heatshrink in emerg cause they get like this.

Could try sv potentiometer calibration-trick it to think sv is at 0% even if its not completely closing.(as a temporary solution)
Do a search online,calibration sheet is floating around net.

High Pleasure alarm

Have you been able to bind with your current setup (laptop,connector) on other units.
I ask because my bud couldn' t bund the other day with his USB connector and we needed to use my laptop with...

Try running fully unloaded about 1/2 hour getting the dis temp up to bring back the oil and pull out the extra.
Check gas pump operation (oil return system) but it looks like the problem is more...

I usually look for 105F sat cond. temp (converted from head pressure for type of refrigerant)
