thermostat calls, unit comes on.
http://hvac-talk.com/vbb/showthread.php?131744-york-purge
just fyi it really does not relate to any other machine other than trane, for example...York uses oil pressure with no refrigeration equipment etc.
it only pumps 1 way there sport...you have to swap your hoses...hence the 1 marked inlet and the 1 marked outlet.
You have to call Trane to get it... I wouldnt ask for touchview software though
Yeah...Let's wear a respirator with a chemical that displaces oxygen and end result make you dead. If your working in the mechanical room and the monitor goes off one needs a SCBA not a respirator....
How about 159.
You need alum filler rod but yes you can braze just as you would
You have a screwed screw
No company is going to pay you a lot at first. You need yor cfc cert for starters.
Local 110 does hvac. They are a pipe fitters union...that's the hvac trade. I work with a bunch of 110 guys. Moot point as your not local
Go to a reputable company in your area and plea your case. That is what I did in 1996
and thats that.
Tell you wanna help and learn.
They most likely don't make a 25% profit on that.
Know how ya feel. Been dark to dark 7 days a week since easter. Be it at work or working around the house.
call mfg of pex being used
you wrote him 2 letters...theres your problem. how bout you call him, maybe then you get a response. Letters are so 1980's
Nope...not just your state.
And I will second that.
Me no see...me no tell...me hit button she blow like hell.
Why do you feel this way?
How would you keep said tank at -40?
EPA states to bring equipment to a certain vacume before service. Anything but and you are in violation. Most of us do pretty much what you describe on a day to day basis to get the bulk of the...
If you have a remote control style thermostat, make sure it's as far from the unit as possible
That's the problem I see with these units especially when not properly sized. They run at an idle and keep the space cool yet they don't have enough run time at full load to remove moisture from the...
You disagree...and I agree with you. Any component can be upstream or down stream from a peticular point of referance. Good catch.
Depends on the referance point.
Technically. ..that doesn't answer the question. The stream flows one way. In your analogy that stream also indicates return air flow. In our terms the stream starts at the blower. Or a water...
Its a modular built up ahu. Each section has its own serial number. Ie coil, supply fan, exhaust, economist, control section etc.
You take each section #'s to find out fan design , coil design...
they still have them in IPAk's built today. Just FYI
Centrifugal water chiller
I actually find fishing stresses me out worse. I prefer to hunt. Spend all day in the woods not making a peep. Point is find something that disconects you from the world
-does the gas pump work?
-when were the oil filters changed?
-does it have an oil cooler
-refer charge is my last concern, how did you come to low charge as you diagnostic???
any hardware store...
You stated your in and out condenser temps were 80/90 ish and your evap were higher? Higher than 90* evap water? She ain't gonna stroke the veins with that kinda load
Pump running, aux made saying we got pump...but we have bad coupling or ruptured pipe and no water. Same problem.
the chiller sends signal to run pump as part of freeze protection
The chiller...
Not impossible. Should have shut down on low temp first
Have you one with leaking tube? Or just asking?
Yes
Land on the bypass.
What do you mean cycle the motor?
The bypass pad has hand/auto. Auto bas runs hand you run push stop it stops. Bypass is 60hz.
It should control to a static pressure setpoint lets say 2".
As the vav's close static rises and fan vfd slows. You are not reading propped static or are not actually making static.
across the coil, near useless. Across the duct system it can show leakage and infiltration as well as poor isulation
what kind of air system?
Single zone VAV or multiple VAV box's being fed by said blower?
What kind of unit are we working on, RTU, AHU?
What he said. Anytime power is cycled that is what you get
6ft from edge unless wall is 40 or42inches high
gotta have 12'' from the house to the unit.
Just looked it up as well.
Thats a machine for sure right there.
Say what now???? Your a tad bit from Kansas Dorathy
Wrong
You hit bind...then light up the sensor...
Are you sure of that????
First thing I would do and its in that manual you have. Get your oil pressure. Take pressure drop across oil filter and I hope you have one on site if not get ya one.. I believe been a few months...
No I have no ADD...a touch of CDO...or in other terms OCD
I was born in 80'.
