If you measured it all out, then don't second guess yourself. Go with the numbers that you calculated.

Anyone using a Porta Power. I have a couple motor sheaves that my puller won't move. One of the Millwrights at the plant suggested using the Porta Power.
Our local Carrier distributor has one in stock. Hoping the Office buys it.
Reno
Brush is for cleaning between the tubes. Who you work for Wheel? I'm also in the 449.
For a brass to copper connection, a flux must normally
be used. The flux should be applied sparingly to the
male end of the connection. The distributor body should
be uniformly heated prior to...
Where are all the isolation valves? Say i want to change the oil. How do I add a picture?
Can the pressure transducers on a Carrier 23xl be calibrated?
I would like a copy also. Thanks Rundawg.
Anyone have a part number for a tube boiler brush?
The adaptor plate is NLA from what I'm being told.
We think alike. I was going to call when they open.
What are my chances of successfully changing the seal kit on this obsolete Taco pump?
Anyone ever repack one? I watched a YouTube video of a rebuild. All I got is a repack kit.
What thermostat would have controlled this? Because it's not the stat that our guy installed last week.
Could you post a model# of the Proto wrench?
I am looking for a digital torque wrench. Not the ones they sell for mini splits and not Harbor Freight.
Yep. It's all about the numbers. The magic pencil is the only way to achieve those numbers.
X2 on the ERC-2.
I left it set at 72 return and 58 discharge.
My challenge for the day. Start up a new Daikin Rebel RTU. They didn't replace the VAV box's that may date back to the 70's. The electric reheats in the box's don't work. What would you guys set...
I found it quite easily. My real problem for the day was the condenser fans being addressed wrong. Seems to be a reoccurring issue with the Rebels.
I can't remember how to setup the instance numbers and baud rate. Got two to start up tomorrow. If anyone can help that would be much appreciated. I'm going to see if I still have access to the...
It was a piece of cake.
This is one of my jobs for tomorrow. Never done one before. All I know is it's a Carrier with two screws. How long should it take?
The high side transducers are reading 10-15psi higher than my Testo gauges. Two Chillers that are approaching two years old.
How can I calibrate the transducers?
FT series. Labeled as Laars. I reused the B&G 100 for the heating loop. It had a newer bearing assembly. I through on a Spirolink coupling and some new motor mounts.
The combi boiler has been installed. Not my first choice. I'm not the Boss.
I have not been back to this job. As far as I know they are still running in service mode.
The house in in town so I assume it's going to be a rental. A church that we service owns the house and they have a potential buyer. Trying to do it on the cheap. I just don't want to have to lug...
GV90+ looks like a good option.
Cast iron radiators. The Boss was looking at the Combi boiler. We need to get rid of both boiler and hot water tank in a house that is for sale. The chimney's shot.
They look great but limited application.
I'm considering installing a Combi boiler. Anyone here installing these? What brands do you like?
We have an older machine that will only run in service mode. No error code present. HMI says 100% cooling demand. 0 cooling. Alarm history of MCM comm fault. Changed out the MCM board with...
It's a split system. Sorry. Don't have anything else on it.
I don't have much info. I know it's a new Turbo Air evap in a small walk-in cooler. EEV and a control board of some sorts. Looking for any info on the control. Asking for another tech that was on...
As long as it's the same voltage.
I give up. I was just looking for some intelligent conversation. I'm not here for troubleshooting advise.
There is no output voltage on the comp terminals. The contactor remains wired in like any other pumpdown system. Temp control of your choosing energizes the LL solenoid valve. Pressure rises and...
How is using an off the shelf F25-107 reinventing the wheel?
You don't like anything new do you. It's not about the payback. I don't give a rats ass about the customers electric bill. It's been a problem freezer. Electric defrost adds heat to the box.
I got some clarification from Heatcraft. All the wiring to the module is just piggybacked from the existing timeclock and compressor contactor. It doesn't control the contactor.
Anyone ever field install one of these? How would you tie in the temp control and pumpdown?
I was waiting for someone to suggest the Paragon ERC 2.
I'll probably end up using the F25.
Trying to think outside the box here on a problem freezer.
What is your go to control. I want something other than a 3 wire switch. Is there one that has an adjustable fan delay?
I has to pull the evap to fix one of the leaks.
