Did the doctor give you a time schedule for the Caffiene pills or just say three times a day. The key to being able to sleep is to follow this; take one pill/capsule at 8am, noon and 4pm....

You sound like a great young man with the ability to think clearly even in times of stress. Some lucky young woman will come by and be blessed to have you in her life. Take care.
