alright ill clarify the 19i is the best cooling machine on the market, however we mainly deal with heatpumps so if we are talking heatpumps the 16i is by far the better machine it obviously is not as...

the 16i is the better system by far, the 19i is not a very reliable system, way to many comp. failures, the 19i will be going to 410a by the end of the year, same with the new 20i thats coming out

3 1/2 ton xr14 , it does a great job

there are four of these systems in this churchs little mechanical room if 1 furnace ever fails and has to be changed out, you would be looking at tearing out at least 2 units just to get 1 out
