Getting into 420 was the best thing that's happened to my career. Training is second to none. The money and benefits are great as well

Surprised the 638 rate isnt higher. B rate is higher here in Philly

theres a great video on youtube for unclogging those orifices using a torch and nitrogen. not sure if its a long term fix though.

Should be 460 from l1-l2 l2-l3 l1-l3. You may have to ohm the wiring and make sure you don't have a broken wire or something goofy.

Sounds like it's single phasing. Bit you need to verify your phase to phase voltage not to ground.

Multiple pumps might be your best bet. General rule is cfm squared is the tonnage your pump is capable of pulling down.

It's hard to say. Our controls division is all guys that are in the local but there are others that use guys that are non Union and I think there are others that have a mix of the two

Are there any performance issues here or you just noticed a big temp drop?

I second pulling p8 and using a small t stat screwdriver to short out the terminals and run it through test. I believe if it skips any of the stages it's because of a fault.

H10 has worked for me on a lot of different refrigerants. 410 included

Crossthread- you are talking about sh taken at the evap, which is how it should be set on reefer system. Copeland cares about comp protection.
