Yes, the mitsu can run to 98' without any issue. Which I'll be roughly half of that...I used my wifes Bosch laser measure yesterday. That thing is awesome!!!

So if I were to go with the Mitsu what do you think the monthly operating cost will be running 24/7? You mentioned ~$35 on average earlier. Was that for the Mitsu or the Daikin?

The only Daikin option that they came up with is use the 2MX518GVJU.

The outside unit has to go on that side of the house on the ground. The HOA rules are very strict.

In the installation manual of the unit that I got offline and on the spec sheet for the unit on the Daikin unit it cleary says Max pipe length: 32'

One issue with the Daikin that I just noticed is that the line set can only be 32' long. That will not work for me as I need ~50'.
