yes its supposed to be. Its there incase the .dbr files become corrupt

Is there a security.dbr_bak file in the sites folder? If so then delete the security.dbr file. Rename the dbr_bac file to just security.dbr and try that.

Use a RTS-424. It looks like the new BACStats. But be careful. You need to change the power from 8vdc to 24vac or smoke comes out.

Honeywell Analytics has the E3Point monitor. Has 4-20 ma output as well as can be a BacNet device. I have have put in 100s of them.

Sounds like there isn't a program controlling that output. Or the program isn't being called for by the Master Program
