Compressor break down. I replaced some electrical terminal o-rings and had trouble getting them to seal.
Does anyone have a service manual for a trane crhr400c3b0aor2joco compressor?
Did he tap the right drain hole in your condensate pan?
I have seen it done but it would be better to move the vent if u can.
I also like to use heat paste and wet rag. I also like to flux the joint it seems to help the silfoss run a little faster, making for a quicker weld.
I assume it is a manitowoc since you said it has an ice thickness probe. You should always use a nickel safe cleaner. Replace the evap coil or change the head.
That makes since thanks
Your right the entire head is open to the discharge valves
I am with u also, what about a temp difference on the head that is not pumping?
Surely they would not do something like that lol. That is good to know though.
Lol that's true
Well I got sent out of town to work on some glass door freezers that our local branch was having trouble with. Among a ton of other problems I find a brand new sentonic oil failure switch bypassed....
Pressure with nitrogen and drill away, I also like the copper tees with a schrader tap on them.
Also it is good practice to check the oil level in the compressor before resetting the oil failure switch. It helps me narrow down the search and no to the upgrade.
I have used them if they are the same size. JB makes a tool to measure them if you can't find the factory size.
The suction being 0 psi tells me your compressor is pumping. If you compensated your charge for your gauge hoses and the new drier, the cap tube or drier might be stopped up. You might try to add a...
The glycol is only to keep the water from freezing so I don't think it's a mixture problem. What freon is the systems on.
United refrigeration usually has the sporlan txv packing wrench for free I keep one on my key ring
