Yea if your such a hack you can't keep the tower fan working properly ,you will hate a VSD. Even more if you have the only one truely built for a Chiller.

The only trick besides using a ratchet is getting that dam allen wrench in the holes you can't see unless you have 4 arms and two sets of eyes,there is no aligment .Only one measurement to check.
