556021556031Here is one just getting started on this week not the worst for room but not the best either.
The tools for the Trane chillers are nice.
Chain with chain hooks for the donuts and creativity for everything else, it's really straight forward the worst part is finding where to hang the block if you don't have room for a gantry.
how much more?
If you could send a copy to me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
My company just put one in recently going to look at next week only one we have we do have the wmc chillers
Based on the info you provided it is very hard to help you.
The pots have a habit of going bad on the actuators.
This should be interesting
W~P.. do you mind emailing me a copy of the 160.80-M1? Thanks in advance.
I have a unit that is three years old and is just came out of the extended warranty. It has already had six coil replacements.
You are 3.2 degrees below your set point, the vanes are probably shut and the drive is probably sitting at 60 hertz three options colder tower water ( not possible ) or find some load ( hot gas...
As long as it was done correctly it will be fine
Need more information full set of readings, step point is 7 what is it putting out, also IF this chiller is trying to run 20% of the nominal load 25 degree tower water is to warm again need a full set...
I have done quite a few 126 mcquays with good oil samples and bad bearings particularly the low speed
if any one has the tolerance sheet for this compressor I would be interested in it, I used to have a hard copy of it but I can not find it.
you've got mail
DITTO, you can never stop reading you need a really good foundation and then you can build on that.
If you don't mind e-mailing me a copy trigger it would be much appreciated. thanks
Wow!
you need to be a whole, whole, lot more specific but if it were my personal opinion I would go with the YK with a drive, my opinion just a better chiller all around.
The coupling tool number is 364-14916 this would be for 1 7/8" 60 Hz
normally use hot water generator and get the pressure up and use a normal leak detector never used ultra sonic before so I can not really comment on that. what kind of purge does the old beast ha
what happens to the pumps and control valves (if any) during the shut down, is the flow dropping off before the chiller during shut down.
To busy today to get York on the phone, I am hoping it is under 3-Ton. Do not really feel like setting up the 5-Ton Wallace. Thanks for the reply.
The control panels have been upgraded and for the model that is what was written in marker for the model # and also what was put into the sales order info, hope its correct.
LKC-73 Basically looking to remove suction elbow then rig the entire compressor to the floor, I am going to see if I can get the literature from York also. thanks in advance
we got away from the quad-rings and started using just O-rings and some good ole STP on the O-rings then a mixture of STP and Oil in the cup works well too.
Does anyone have form Number 160.63-PA1.1 and 160.63PA1.2 in PDF form, I am looking for the total rigging weight of just the compressor Model # OTT4G2-ZCDS.
If you have marine boxes piping will not be an issue, and dropping both heads used to be common practice and in my opinion is the best way to do it. Remember the "Jiffy Gun"
Thanks all, this double ender is still R-11. I will try those numbers tomorrow and let you know, thanks again
I am trying to track down the gasket number for the filter canister on the original style purifier purge. ( Filter is vertical and part of the pot) any help much appreciated.
Have had little luck with them for technical support, worked with two broad techs from china, they did not want to show us much. We had a hard time getting the right literature for service. My...

that oil level is fine but if you wanted to drop it to the top of the lower glass you would be fine. When the sensor is in is there strain on the wire at that point, also you might want to try...
Normally they are protected in a piece of copper that runs over to the terminals. Where are they breaking? Is it both sensors (thrust bearing temp. and shaft displacement) or just the one.Have you...
if my memory serves me right i think it is usally around 600vdc under 450 and over 745 vdc i think is a problem.
checked the literature that i have and can not finding anything about a fault for the output voltage of the drive being over 500 volts. What was the line side voltage feeding the drive and the DC bus...
had one that would lose calibration, calibrate then lose it couple hours later. Long story short went into it and found the two bolts that hold the gear to rotate the diffuser were loose.
shut the liquid injection off :grin2:
I sent you a e-mail
Have you ever converted one to a magnum panel before?
We have a customer that has old carrier vessels with two 1250 ton YKs adapted to it. Currently the compressors have a single line panel, they want to upgrade but do not want to use York panels. I...
still have a couple C's and some 17ms, just got done replacing and scraping the bearings on one of the 17ms last week.
yes there are portable purges available for purchase to remove the air while it is off line. We have some old purges from Trane chillers that we use. I think you can buy them at redi-controls. How do...
I got out some of my motor/starter books and it does say in both of them that it is similar to a reduced voltage starter but does not classify it as a reduced voltage starter, so my apologies. ...
Rob sorry i read the way i wrote that it was kinda argumentative, i guess its a glass half full/half empty situation all depends on how you view it, either way if you know how it works who cares what...
have to agree with 123, in the wye connection the motor will see a lower voltage and lower starting torque allowing the inrush to be lower and take longer to come up to speed, then once it switches...
