The system is allowed to over shot the set temp....
The system is allowed to over shot the set temp. It does this for humidity control. You should call the installing company and ask for a tech who knows the system to show you all the features.

Yes there are way's to get a better fix on where the leak is. How ever it sounds like it is in the wall. A nitrogen(sic) pressure test is the best. It can be costly. Good luck
