You can't use it as a UI, it's limited to temp only. However, you can use it creatively. If you need a digital input then you can program it so that a contact closure (327 degrees) is read as On...
No. They do not have a networked thermostat that resides on the infinet.
Andover controllers are manufactured in the states.
Make sure that the terminal "Triac Ref" is wired to the hot side of the transformer (X1). When the output is switched on it should have 24VAC on it.
From Continuum Explorer right click on the VAV controller that you want to reload.
Click on Sent to > Controller
