Are you sure that you don't have two liquid line driers on this unit? One is factory installed on the inside of the panel and if you aren't looking for it can be easily missed.
We have one RTU feeding supply air into the elevator landings and a return air inlet at the top of the elevator shaft going back to the unit along with return air ducts from the elevator landings....
Why do you think these pressures are out of the ordinary? What is the superheat and subcooling? what is the inside and outside temperatures?
These are elevators located in our parking garage and they are extremly hot here in the deep south. I was thinking about utilizing something along the lines of a mini split and/or RV style...
What type and brand of air conditioner did they use on the cab of the elevator?

WeatherKings are great units, same as RUUD. Your problem would be the unit being to close to the outside wall of your house. clearance is necessary so that your condenser can do it's job.
I wouldn't stand in water like that and work on something electrical.

You will need to hire a professional HVAC technician to come out to your house and run a new thermostat wire and connect it properly for you.:angel:
