If there using 1 it must be one hell of a huge VA transformer to be powering up the ac and bolier.

Residential 3 1/2 ton 3 phase phase? Most around here at 3 1/2 tons are single phase.

Have not seen one of those in NY in years, im sure you could find a cheaper 3 phase unit out there, everytime...

They werent that busy in the summer and its dead now but thats not the reason im not there anymore.
