I searched and found this. News story from channel 10.
Will he warranty the tiles if you provide them or get them from Home Depot?
I feel he should let you go to his tile supplier. Something doesn't seem right.
On top of being an HVAC contractor...
It happens. Not a huge deal. I carry a tool to straighten them out. But that's me.
In your case dont be afraid to point it out to the installer and ask if they will straighten them out before...
References. Call and ask the York guy if his price includes the disconnect. I wouldn't assume anything.
Also you should remove pricing from your post ( read the rules) before the mods do it for...
Ever notice the people who get screwed are the ones that always worry about it the most. I'm not trying to be a wise guy. Just sayin'.....
That sign will get more calls than a proooofesssionnnal one, anyday. :D

pump is going into defrost mode properly. It may be malfunctioning. During periods...

I am going to have to get me one of those. Its even got a cool carrying case. Do you know how much they run and do they sell them at Johnstone's?
Skippedover was right. Only the models with Hyper Heating Inverter(H2i) will give between 90% and 100% capacity at 5*. You would have to get the MUZ-FE09 or MUZ-FE12. From there you have to step up...
Please post a model number for us.
First off I compliment you for addressing this during the design process. Secondly I hope this is going to be a large custom house and not some cookie cutter small house because what I am getting...
Never heard of that.
