I found out comdenser water temp rise should be 10 to 14..so i think with high subcooling and high superheat it may be a txv or metering device as it looks like a fixed orfice.

I have previously blown out the condenser coil but it probably could use more. I charged it as a liquid. yes the hot gas condensate evap. I am just not sure what proper operating temp pressures...

Its the worst I have seen also..I brushed it out...
