Your welcome.
A tree will work great using a tensionless anchor. Wrap the rope around any object five times, make sure the rope is evenly placed. You lose the strength of the rope by tying any...
I have been in the trade for 16 too, I have never ripped the bolts out of my shelving.
That's why you use the top picture I posted. You braze it in (with it full of gas) and leave it there. Its a single step instead of using the bolt on one and then removing it and brazing in something...
Throw a rope over the house and use a frog system. You can still work off the ladder, if the ladder falls you can lower your self to the ground.

Oh, I see the problems, but it could be much worse. :)
That looks good compared to some.
You are going to spray down a coil in an attic with a water hose?

Pictures make it more better. :)
Cheap filters work good as long as they are replaced. I have several customers that use nothing but blue filters for the last 20 years and their coils look like your after picture.
Use this, no need to remove.

This one needs to be removed, it will leak.

There will be some temp change across RV, not much, but 6 degs is not out of the normal.
Get you SC up and then check the txv.
A compressor is like a body, its not dead until its cold and dead.
This is why 90% of replacement compressors fail.
Look at this users title.

I think I would be replacing the system with a new warranty.
Mitsubishi has a 7 year warranty. It will be cheaper in the long run.
I'm trying to decipher your post. What I'm getting out of it is that you are asking whether Goodman will cover the cost of repair parts due to breakdown or recall. If this is the question then no,...
I'm glad we don't have that here.
The beginning of summer all I did was replace TXV's. I would call the supply house and they would ask me what size.
I have installed the Buderus GB142 and was way impressed by its performance.
2007-2008 would make it still under warranty.
Post your location or look on the AOP map and find someone close to you.
What you have is a piston coil. A check valve would be on a system with a TXV, not all TXV systems have check valves.
Yes you need an indirect tank with the GB142.
The GB142 was first installed in 1983 in Germany, they have had few issues. You do need to have it cleaned every year.
I laid 760 sq ft of laminate flooring in 7 hours today.
Nothing wrong with that.
My dispatcher is my wife..........
It looks like the other two units are more aerodynamic. :) Thats a good sales tool against Trane.
Neither, the local FD/RS didn't call us out. If they would have hurt that lady trying to get her out.............
If your design temp is 100 and its 109 and you are 3 degrees above your set point, you are doing good. :)
I had unit that we put in in 2004. It was still in its 10 year warranty. WF gave the HO a brand new unit with 10 year warranty because the bristol comp. was bad. All HO had to pay was for the...
Talked to a news reporter about a cave rescue that happened a couple hours ago.
Its easier to do a manual J on a new construction because you have plans that tells you what the insulation is, what the windows are etc...
The ducts are better off in the conditioned space. We do...
Time to get your duct system evaluated. It sounds like it's not sized correctly.
Sounds like a good place for a mini split.

Is that still covered under warranty?
You know how many customers ask me that?
It will make the basement unbearably cold in the winter.
You are that mentioned a start capacitor or a hard start.
The other model number is outside and that's where the ports are.
Could be a lot of things, get them out to look at it.
Did it work when it was new?
Yep, its dog pee.
Can you send me a copy too?
I have one for that. I have never used for its intended purpose though.
A friend of mine has one like this. It would be nice to work out of. It has a genset and a roof mounted A/C. 7 foot...
If you have a Male dog who cocks his leg on your unit, than that is what is eating the aluminum fins away.
They guy that did the load calculation (as a general rule of thumb) is the going to be the most honest.
I would say 90% of the systems installed without a load calc. are over sized.
As far as...
Yes it looks like a normal split system HP. It is a VAV/VRV (variable air volume/ variable refrigerant volume) inverter system. There is a little more to the install than a normal split, but not much...
My oil pressure gauges have flexible hoses. Doesn't sound like yours does.
The charging chart has a slight curve to it, so a SC is not set.
I charge to 10 degs SC.
The Gourds, Gin and Juice.
I've been playing this at parties for awhile now.
You can also look for Frigidaire, Maytag, Broan, Nu-tone, and Tappan dealers. They all have the IQ drive HP's.
