you can see that we add water all the time to the enclosed space of a home. So the water has to go somewhere, since it can't go into the air.

Does someone have the stats on how much more tonnage is needed when adding up the number of people in an assembly hall? That would give you a clue to how much moisture is given off, latent heat.
