just installed a compressor in a 3 ton fujitsu. Factory charge is 5.98 lbs. 43ft line set. I put in 6 lbs and 4 oz. unit keeps cycling. off for 2 min. on for 12 min. suction...

We had same problem but finally figured it out. GET RID OF THE DAMPER.

I'd do what i b cool said first before you do anything else and see if the bulb is where is's supposed to be.

If you perpair and pass the NATE tests, you will know all the formulas you need in HVAC work.
