    I agree .i do not do duct cleaning.but you realy cant clean flex properly without damaging the liner.
    You would be better off replacing the ducts.

    Oil in refrigant l

    This could be caused by a dirty evap coil or running the a/ c at low temps.
    This causes inseffient oil return to the copressor.

    That's pretty cool.we just did 2of our schools with wireless thermostats.
    They are viconics t.e.c.s the com bus is wireless .
    They are working with the I'vue front end.

    I used that crap once on an old zone air wall...

    I used that crap once on an old zone air wall mount heat pump .
    And it clogged the cap tube.
    I would not use it again.

    I have to agree there is know way you are going...

    I have to agree there is know way you are going to condition that space.
    I think a hydronic system would have been better for this situation.
    A chilled water system would be much more forgiving....
