I did receive the email... THANKS!
I'll check on these other suggestions too. Thanks to all.
Up into the attic.
Not Twinned, Upflow.
The units in question....
No, just single stage, plain-jane furnaces with psc blowers.
I've thought about clogged burners, but they are burning very clean-no sooting or other indicators to lead me to that. The crossover is the crimped plate style and they look absolutely normal. No...
There is a commercial kitchen hood system a few rooms over, but this happens in the middle of the night or early morning with everything in the kitchen off-line.
RGPN-12EARJR 125,000 installed by others in 2005 in a church hall.
Two identical units, side by side 80%, Natural gas, Induced draft, spark ignition, short flue straight up through roof.
We've seen this before. The last one was fully inclosed in a finished wall with a broken conductor....so no pulling a new wire. Here comes the conduit on your shiny new vacation home!
No. Just a wall mount Mitsubishi heat pump indoor section. Probably 3 amps max.
Indoor fan/coil section. Not a large load by any means, but the conductors of this tstat wire break under no load. It's avoidable trouble. We're replacing it with the correct 14-3 wire.
Mitsubishi M-Series. The S1-S2-S3 is all 230V powering the indoor and providing the communication signal. See what they did here?
I just wonder about the quality when it's owned by RubberMaid....not that that's a bad thing.
The Inconvenience Store.....:grin2:
California. Getting more of this nonsense with the crazies in charge. And its moving east to meet the rest of us. I feel for anyone trying to make an honest living out there.
About to be wet. We've been walloped by the rain lately here. Completely unrelated to the weather, but are those new Hilmer gauges? If so, any report as to quality?
Doing just fine. June was a big month, but July will be a challenge with the first week being a rain-out. Who is your ortho doc? We have some top notch back Dr's in this town.
Oh well.....by the way...I grew up in Quincy and went to FSU and TCC. Started in A/C as an apprentice with a one man shop in Quincy and moved on. Nice to see "home folks" here!
If they happen to have an electric water heater in this garage, a heat pump water heater can make a huge difference in RH and dewpoint....just a thought, but I've seen many going into garages lately...
I it upsets you that much, then you should find another gig. I have to imagine that you'll forever be seeing installs that don't meet your standards. I'm not saying that one is a masterpiece and...
Whoooo.....Whoooo.....who's gonna fix it?
I understand exactly what you're saying. That unsupported section of the slab should not fall away like that. Of course, that house looked to be 35+ years old, so codes were different, maybe. ...
Yep, as I said, only our 2nd 90+, so we'll get the hang of it.
Inspected and passed without a word on the gas piping. I use a local gas company for the piping, so no word from them on...
I got lost when he said his name was "Herb Grower".
I believe we've found the man who writes the I/O manuals for all of those imported mini splits.
What did you use the flare tool for?
