I'm not sure we have had that problem...
I'm not sure we have had that problem specifically but we have had other problems with the TR24-SR actuators in the past. We spend a little more now and just go with the LRBs instead.

Got it working. Thanks. I did need to enable the IP Port on the Jace and select which port I was using. I uploaded a controller and then commissioned it and it works great. Thanks for the help!
