Sensible load = 43676 Btuh

What does this mean?

what does sensible load mean? Why did you say it wont get under 80 degrees?

The Load calc shows BTU loads;

Heating: 20963
Cooling: 43676

The guy said something about needing 1828 cfm to cool the house and that would require a 5 ton unit....
