Check the delta t's in each floor and compare...higher difference means less flow.. i suggest you install pressure gauge in each floor, some techniques called hot tap will be easier without closing...

York uses a variable orifice, and use the superheat as reference....as long as you got the correct superheat and proper water flow, the subcooling will go to the correct level...

Chiller visor will not work on flutronic contrllers if this is the unit controler you are using...I suggest you use the WSM module ( Water System Manager ) or the Comfort Controller 6400...

Try to check the remote/local toggle switch if theres any...

It seems the carrier guy is right.. with the remote option enabled the chiller must not start with all the inputs disconnected.... The factory jumper might still there.

Make sure the remote...
