Check all safties. Low pres. , hi pres., oil pres. etc. Thats whats pulling in rest-relay.

I had the same problem on a trane splite one time and had to change valve to a adjustable one.

Graham's post is right. Most of the time its dirty cond. coils.

Sometime we will put insolation valve in liquid line because of migration. When first stage runs the freon from 2nd. stage will migrate in evap.

Installed a 50 hp yaskawa today. Had to learn most of mine on the job but yaskawa does have a good tech support.

I use to only use acid real strong depending on how dirty coil was. Everybody around here swears it eats the coil up over a period of time. About the only thing here know is non-acid.

You can pump it in at the service valve next to sight glass. I would try to bring back like maxster said first.
