found the problem,bms controls were the problem,when giving 24 volts to full cooling solenoid-closing the circuit to reheat coil,they were also closing the eev valve by only giving 2vdc its 0vdc...

there is no or little flow thru txv on start-up carrier 40rm/q units ive seen str. cooling and heat pump about 7-10 units in last 2years

we have had many txv's fail on start-up all danfoss txv's. mostly heat pumps we do run the nitro thru during install and have tore apart the txv's to find no trash and have just recently got tech...

why we need conduit and wiring ducts,and all trades using it

did you get it resolved,i have found some wiring problems from the factory on these,check and make sure the wiring colors match at the damper motor,ie. red to red and white to white
