Ice thickness is based on water level on that machine. Make sure the selector switch is set right for your machine.(there should be a sticker on it somewhere if not google universal service...

New prodigy startup checklist:

Would it be to much trouble to put a hole in the curtain for adjusting the ice thickness control on your prodigy units?
