Like John said usually a bad bin stat keeps the machine off, but I've had them not shut off. Most likely a bad stat. Double check the bulb location. Make sure it touches the ice when the bin is full....

I am liking the ideal of using a kindle just for manuals. Does anyone know if you can zoom in while looking at a pdf file. Definitely need to zoom in while looking at schematics.

How long was it running for? Was it still in harvest ( defrost )? If it wasn't check the hot gas solenoid and see if its leaking

What brand "No Rinse" do you use?

Not sure about Crystal Tips but most ice machines when they first start go into harvest. What kind of pressures are you seeing? How long are you letting it run for?
