Does Mitsubishi make poor quality control boards? From what I've read, these are supposed to be pretty reliable.

I got the compressor for about 70% off, I'm getting the air handler for the cost to my ac guys and the labor for trade.
Ok, well I finally spoke with the guys I'm planning to use and they said they've installed lots of these multi city units. I don't think they have any computer program for it though. I'll find out...
Also, I'd like to leave open the possibilities of expanding indoor, ceiling-mounted units later, but I can't afford multiple indoor units now...

By multiple heads, do you mean multiple indoor units? I'm really hoping to use just one indoor unit.
It sounds like I may have rushed into this for a bargain. I did get two thermostats though.
Also, what other outdoor parts should I be budgeting for (without talking about price)?

Ok, after a little research, it looks like I'll be getting the ceiling mounted ductless unit, PCF-P36 indoor unit.
Any tips on what might be unique about this system? I can't talk to my AC guys...
