Very few manufacturers incorporate the technology on the control boards that retain lock out or error flash codes after the power has been reset to the furnace etc.

3 GPH equates to 420,000Btu@100PSI pump pressure.
Some newer stuff does run as low as 0.45US GPH but with higher pump pressures comes higher BTU.
