I have a Coleman dealer coming tomorrow to talk to me about replacing the Goodman heat pump and Mortex air handler/coil (that was in another thread) for my mobile home.

I sent a letter to the installer including some of the suggestions/tips I got here as well as from talking to wholersaler tech support and basically asked him to diagnose/fix it or give me my money...

One of the questions last night was how many cfm's I had and I didn't know - well, I just found the tech specs and the 17kw has 1210 cfm's on the medium blower speed. It only has 865 cfm's at the low...

That's odd; I registered online for the lifetime warranty and I also spoke with a Goodman representative who is aware that I have non matching equipment and still agreed that I have a lifetime...

He did some sort of test sticking a wand into one of the heat registers and said there was enough heat coming out - is that what you mean?
