I think you need to back up to why you aren't getting power from common side to the blower motor. Correct that and then see what happens.
I used to years ago, but these days when I have to work on any appliances, I use this website and it has never failed me for info and/or parts info.
I'm with the others. Check voltage, phase, size, condition, see if it has pressure when the plug is pulled and ohm it out. Haven't had a bad one, but have had a wrong one.
