You're right. I wrote that formula backwards it should be (time / one hour) which equates to the number of hours.

I believe it's:

(oneHour / (duration of poll interval)) * (numPulses * pulseValue)

The hour and interval need to be the same units (ie millis, seconds...)

Off the cuff options:

1. Name your point accordingly. Instead of Damper, how about something like Damper_Closed?

IMHO - this is the best response. It is the only USB adapter that I have found that works with HVAC Pro. If your field-bus depends upon sub-100ms timing, this is the best option that I have found.

In general, 'out' does not necessary mean the last written value. In several of the drivers I'm familiar with (PUP is not one of them), out reflects the last polled value.
