That was my net pay. I end up at 17/hr. I do get health insurance free. And yes it could be because I live in a small town, they charge $70/hr. Am I working for a fair wage?

Right? Lol. Sad part is the rest of the employees...
Right? Lol. Sad part is the rest of the employees are the family, who invest in property as well as own the HVAC business so they have no motivation to want an IRA.
