Why don't you use the UNOCC mode all the time.
This way you can setup UNOCC setpoints and the fan will
cycle according to UNOCC setpoints.
On the XP --do you have AI jumpers set for voltage
If you are metasys to just view the controller then you
should be OK. We were letting the metasys start and stop
the 100% OA unit but upon startup the unit would lock itself out and there was...

Also, if you are using a Local Setpoint instead of a ACO that can burn your EPROMM and you would have to replace the DX. But I would try to add another Loop first.

I am working on a Carrier Chiller right now
and we have a LON card connected to CCN just
to get Chiller Info then we have local Lon controller
for Chiller ON/OFF logic. I recommend this solution...
