first of all, make surew that ur coils r free of DIRT!! chek amperage on the commpressor. any leaks!! Its A lot to consider.Could be trapped refrigerant some where. Heat ...

definetly sounds like a circuit problem, could be ur strip heaters short circuiting while trying to energize. just one possible problem theres many to consider, who knows ...
