    i am unfamiliar with that particular fan coil but the blower needs to match the condenser tonnage. it could be set for 2000 cfm (5tons)..you need 1600 cfm.

    i don't know the price difference for a 14.5 seer a/c..but around here you probably won't see any cost savings for that upgrade. our summers are too short. i'd stick with the 13 seer.
