Well the only thing I can say is that maybe: it's not the contractors that are raising the price due to mistakes it might also have something to do with the customers attitude at the time:rolleyes:

I don't know of any contractor that can get 2x on the the next bid. If you get more than 1 quote you will you go with the guy that has a price double of the other 2? It doesn't work that way.
