munchkin 80? what's your heat loss calc.?

what type of heat are you running? Radiant, fin tube etc? One circ. will not do the job, P/ S is the only way to pipe this boiler. Munchkin 80 seems mighty large for a one zone system.

    We use the "Inspector"

and it works really well. The only down side is it's in black and white.

Water testworks well to identify HX leaks.

Radiant heat in the floor isn't neccessarily the best wat to heat

The issue with ceiling radiant is that it is a forgotten application.

The response from your realtor is a typical one

from someone who is ignorant of the benefits of radiant heat.

In some cases ceiling radint is more comfortable and easier to control than floor radiant.

The design and beauty of radiant heat...

Your right I was looking at 007 ifc. However depending on loop lengths, 007 at design day temps might be a tad undersized. At this point we know very little of application usage.
