    a vacuum lowers your boiling point temperature from sea-level pressure ie. 212 degrees (F) to -10 degrees (F) at 500 microns so if you are boiling you are not freezing... da-dut-da :-)

    No... not if you are triple evac in cold climate or walk-in freeze. if you are not in a cold (freezing / wet atmosphere) then no need to triple evac just evac down to 500 micron min.
