chan = channel Exec 6 (Legacy) programs, yes you are correct. 4x = AO, or Pneumatic output
1x = DO, 2x = DI, 3x = AI
Yes there is more to it, but that's all most ever use. -

AS a ALC tech I agree with the above to a point. You have older controls, hope they are EXEC B and not EXEC 6. Legacy has more of a learning curve and special tools.
