Just started 2 new Aaon RTUs with these new comp. I was a bit surprised at the noise they made, just about made me think they were single phasing when unloading.

We have 20 of these RTUs, alot with the same isues pluged orifice, what is the best way of cleaning, some of these units have bad compressors in them so system will be opened up to change out comp....

I wasn't looking for bugs but we did check to see that it moving freely and that it was not welded, have power on line 2 just no amp draw, then it trips on phase loss.

Meg was done it was at the comp. with wires off, when starting there is no amp draw on line 2

CKT-1 is tripping on phase loss, all electrical was checked, meg readings were erratic, contactor working properly, switch ct's from ckt-2 no change.
