The AVPTC is a variable speed gas furnace. The MBVC is just a blower, no heat. You would have to add electric strips.

My guess would be 75K BTU.

With those temperatures your talking supply air not return air. You have about a 15* delta T, which is a little low. Have the contractor come back and check that.

IMO you probably have a duct design problem. Has a load calculation been done?

Replacement parts shouldn't be a problem. BTW pricing is not allowed. Is that the price to just replace the coil. Did the Tech tell you what's wrong with the coil, is it leaking?
