    The bottom rows of the coil froze up after I ran the air conditioner for a while. Typically this is a lack of air issue. The filters are regularly replaced, any other ideas?

    the company i work for gets a lot of engineers from Iowa State, Kansas State and Bradley. Most are mechanical engineers with a few HVAC classes, K-state grads are usually architectural engineers.

    Definately not a problem. I am an HVAC engineer and we love oversized ducts, since it reduces the fan static required and raises the efficiency of the system.

    There are really no problems with oversized...

    There are really no problems with oversized ductwork, as long as you have balancing dampers to balance the system.
