No, what I meant to say was the lift TV box is 10" deep that would sit behind the FP against the wall. I have maybe 20" depth for the FP.

Just wondered if you have had a mold assessment conducted? Have you ever had water penetration, or maybe a slow freshwater leak? The source of contaminat are sometimes so difficult to locate....
