So what is the lastest info on the Mantis? I'm have an application that this would be perfect for, but I need more "hands on" reports before I invest almost $4k.

No, what I meant to say was the lift TV box is 10" deep that would sit behind the FP against the wall. I have maybe 20" depth for the FP.

Just wondered if you have had a mold assessment conducted? Have you ever had water penetration, or maybe a slow freshwater leak? The source of contaminat are sometimes so difficult to locate....
