Ok you should see the one and only station on your jace. Delete it and then go to Tools, New Station. Hope this helps.

I would make a new station. I believe its Tools --> New Station. You may need to be in the app director

Make sure there are no duplicate bacnet instances. I assume you're using a RS485 expansion?
Keep an eye on the busy time on the trunks with that many controllers you may need to slow polling down
