A decent log might get you some more answers. I’d be looking at EXV%, liquid level operation and make sure your gas pump is operating correctly. Check temperature sensors for accuracy as well.

Sounds like your pressure reducing valve is bleeding by. one way to find out is if your city pressure matches your loop pressure.
